“I have had a ton of dentistry done and have been to alot of dentists. These folks have it together. Just had a molder crown replaced. Quick ,completely painless and my bite is perfect 1st try. Absolutely no adjusting and then they repaired a front tooth I had broken after quickly epoxy in molder. This was the 2nd appointment to install crown and I was only in the chair 20 min. Went like clockwork and looks awsum. Thanku. Only thing better would be free haha!”

“This was my first dental visit and I must say they were definitely unorganized as their X-ray machine kept freezing the images delaying my appointment and they’re not put together. The manager Carmen told me I was going to have to pay a $70 balance. Which I completely agreed on no problem. I got a bill for $140 and was never told I had a $50 co-pay on top & they don’t use silver filling so I had to pay extra for a white filling. I was not told about any of these extra charges. The manager Carmen hung up on me over the phone without trying to fully explain everything and was very rude to me. I would not recommend this dentist because they are not truthful and they want you to pay double your bill so please be careful.”

“Had such an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend coming here. I was incredibly thankful especially for how helpful and sweet Marna was. I typically do not like going to the dentist but she made me feel very comfortable and did a wonderful job! Will be back here soon!”

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and I needed some work done to get clearance for a other medical procedure. They were so great in getting me set up and expediting my treatments. For once if feels like having an office that has a comprehensive plan for me rather than me checking a box every year. The hygienists are empowered to spend time with you and even book appointments with them right in the chair. Could not recommend more.”

“Really enjoyed my experience here for a teeth whitening. The Kirkland location is great; it’s close to the freeway so it’s easy to find, and there was designated parking for patients. The staff (I’m talking from front desk to assistants to the doctor) were all very friendly and extremely efficient. I was talked through what they were doing so I felt at ease the entire time.”

I am 86 years old and was hesitant to make my visit, but his whole staff used the best practices to insure the safety in the office. Unfortunately , I will be moving to California ima month or so and will have to find a new dentist , and hope that they will be as good as Dr Thomas and his staff.”
