“I have had a ton of dentistry done and have been to alot of dentists. These folks have it together. Just had a molder crown replaced. Quick ,completely painless and my bite is perfect 1st try. Absolutely no adjusting and then they repaired a front tooth I had broken after quickly epoxy in molder. This was the 2nd appointment to install crown and I was only in the chair 20 min. Went like clockwork and looks awsum. Thanku. Only thing better would be free haha!”

The front desk is very friendly and accommodating, and they let you know about costs up front. I’ve had two different hygienists and they both have been good and thorough. I saw Dr. Jaswal both times and he has a very calm demeanor which puts you at ease. He also has a good sense of humor. Thomas Dentistry takes the unpleasantness out of going to the dentist!”

For once if feels like having an office that has a comprehensive plan for me rather than me checking a box every year. “This was my first dental visit and I must say they were definitely unorganized as their X-ray machine kept freezing the images delaying my appointment and they’re not put together. The manager Carmen told me I was going to have to pay a $70 balance. Which I completely agreed on no problem. I got a bill for $140 and was never told I had a $50 co-pay on top & they don’t use silver filling so I had to pay extra for a white filling. I was not told about any of these extra charges. The manager Carmen hung up on me over the phone without trying to fully explain everything and was very rude to me. I would not recommend this dentist because they are not truthful and they want you to pay double your bill so please be careful.”

“Really enjoyed my experience here for a teeth whitening. The Kirkland location is great; it’s close to the freeway so it’s easy to find, and there was designated parking for patients. The staff (I’m talking from front desk to assistants to the doctor) were all very friendly and extremely efficient. I was talked through what they were doing so I felt at ease the entire time.”

“Such a wonderful dentist's office! The staff is always welcoming, efficient, and they do a great job with my oral care. The other day I had a tooth brush bristle stuck in between two of my teeth and needed to come in for a minute visit. They got me in that day and were able to remove the bristle. It was such a relief! Going to the dentist can somethings be uncomfortable, but at Thomas Dentistry I always feel taken care of.”
