“I just started going here this year after bouncing around different dentist for years and have had a great experience each visit. I have had everything from cleaning, fillings, root canal, crown and they have all gone well. The office is nice, conveniently located and has off street parking. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jaswal is excellent, takes his time not only with his work but explaining what you have going on, your options etc. Overall only good things to say about this place and definitely recommend it.”

“Dr. Thomas is an amazing dentist. At both his Mercer Island and Kirkland offices the staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Thomas has been my husband’s and my dentist for over 20 years and has done exceptional dental work. He makes his patients feel at ease with his caring, positive and fun personality. My grandchildren also see Dr. Thomas and he has an amazing way of helping them to feel comfortable and thus, cooperative. Dr. Thomas has the highest medical and ethical standards. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Thomas for any dental procedure.”

“Really enjoyed my experience here for a teeth whitening. The Kirkland location is great; it’s close to the freeway so it’s easy to find, and there was designated parking for patients. The staff (I’m talking from front desk to assistants to the doctor) were all very friendly and extremely efficient. I was talked through what they were doing so I felt at ease the entire time.”

“This was my first dental visit and I must say they were definitely unorganized as their X-ray machine kept freezing the images delaying my appointment and they’re not put together. The manager Carmen told me I was going to have to pay a $70 balance. Which I completely agreed on no problem. I got a bill for $140 and was never told I had a $50 co-pay on top & they don’t use silver filling so I had to pay extra for a white filling. I was not told about any of these extra charges. The manager Carmen hung up on me over the phone without trying to fully explain everything and was very rude to me. I would not recommend this dentist because they are not truthful and they want you to pay double your bill so please be careful.”
