“Great dentist! I came after Covid for my first checkup and cleaning, and ended up needing to have some childhood crowns replaced. During the process they were very thorough, even once getting a crown remade to have a perfect fit. One of those visits came in under the estimate. I appreciate the care they take in their practice. The staff are always nice and fun to talk to. Since my first series I’ve come here for over a year and have always had great experiences. Still need to floss more but the dentists and assistants are super nice about it! Also have great reminder system, and are very patient and thorough when working on insurance issues.”

“This was my first dental visit and I must say they were definitely unorganized as their X-ray machine kept freezing the images delaying my appointment and they’re not put together. The manager Carmen told me I was going to have to pay a $70 balance. Which I completely agreed on no problem. I got a bill for $140 and was never told I had a $50 co-pay on top & they don’t use silver filling so I had to pay extra for a white filling. I was not told about any of these extra charges. The manager Carmen hung up on me over the phone without trying to fully explain everything and was very rude to me. I would not recommend this dentist because they are not truthful and they want you to pay double your bill so please be careful.”

“Dr. Nguyen and the dental hygienists are super nice! I felt comfortable and safe—even the time I started crying when I had a panic attack before getting some cavities filled. (Sorry about that lol.) Anyways, Dr. Nguyen was very kind, gave me space to chill out, and didn’t make me feel embarrassed, even though I wouldn’t have blamed him if he did.”

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and I needed some work done to get clearance for a other medical procedure. They were so great in getting me set up and expediting my treatments. “I’vy been a patient with Dr Troy for fifteen years and have always been impressed with him and his entire staff. I am 86 years old and was hesitant to make my visit, but his whole staff used the best practices to insure the safety in the office. Unfortunately , I will be moving to California ima month or so and will have to find a new dentist , and hope that they will be as good as Dr Thomas and his staff.”
